Privacy Policy
This policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to My Bhoomi Group and all its subsidiaries and/or branch offices across India. It outlines the practices and policies followed by My Bhoomi Group (including its employees, associates, interns, contractors, consultants, clients, customers, or any third party directly or indirectly engaged for business or other legitimate purposes) for handling or managing Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined below) that is lawfully collected by My Bhoomi Group, hereafter referred to as “My Bhoomi Group”.
We collect personal data of our employees, potential hires, clients, vendors, business associates, shareholders, and users of our websites or services as needed for operational or legal purposes. My Bhoomi Group places the utmost importance on your privacy and the safeguarding of your personal information. General Definitions● References to “you” or “your” in this Privacy Policy refer to any natural person (including employees of My Bhoomi Group) who provides to My Bhoomi Group any information as referred to in Appendix 1 of this document.
● “Act” shall mean the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as amended from time to time.
● “Information” shall mean and include Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information as may be collected by My Bhoomi Group.
● “Personal Information (PI)” shall have the same meaning as defined under Rule 2(i) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as amended from time to time. For convenience, Rule 2(i) has been reproduced in Appendix 1.
● “Rules” shall mean the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as amended from time to time.
● “Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)” shall mean and include the categories of data as outlined under Rule 3 of the said Rules, as amended from time to time. For reference, Rule 3 is reproduced in Schedule 1.
All words and expressions used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Act or the Rules, as applicable.
My Bhoomi Group is fully committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your Information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, usage, retention, and sharing of your Information, including the types of Information we collect, how it is obtained, its usage, duration of retention, and the parties with whom it may be shared.
This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the provisions of the Act and the Rules that mandate the publication of such policies on the official website of My Bhoomi Group.
Collection of InformationYou may browse My Bhoomi Group’ website to access information about our projects, explore our services, read announcements, or view career opportunities without needing to provide any Personal Information (PI) or Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI). However, My Bhoomi Group may collect and process PI/SPDI provided by you in the following instances:
● If you choose to access services offered exclusively to registered users of My Bhoomi Group, you may be required to provide certain information during registration (refer Appendix 1).
● Information you voluntarily provide to My Bhoomi Group via email or other electronic communication.
● Information shared with My Bhoomi Group during telephonic conversations. Such communications may be recorded and retained.
● Information submitted in physical form—whether by post, courier, or handed directly to a representative of My Bhoomi Group.
● PI/SPDI collected from employees (refer Appendix 2), suppliers, clients, prospects, site visitors, or through lead generation processes for purposes such as employment, partnership, or service delivery.
Use of Information CollectedAny information collected by My Bhoomi Group will be used solely for the specific purposes communicated to you at the time of collection, whether verbally, in writing, or through digital means. By availing any services from My Bhoomi Group, the provider of such information is deemed to have given consent for the use of their information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may use various communication platforms such as SMS, Voice Calls, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels to reach out to you for the purposes stated at the time of data collection.
Employees, clients, suppliers, prospects, or consultants associated with My Bhoomi Group will be appropriately informed of the purpose for which their information is being gathered at the point of collection.
Sharing of InformationWhere the sharing of Personal Information (PI) or Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) arises out of any contractual obligation, My Bhoomi Group will disclose such information only in accordance with the consent provided by you.
To the extent required for delivering the services you have requested, or as mandated by applicable laws, your personal data may be shared with specific individuals or third parties, including in connection with potential corporate or commercial transactions. Prior to any such transfer, My Bhoomi Group will ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, in line with relevant data protection laws and My Bhoomi Group’ internal privacy policies.

● Employees, consultants, or authorized vendors on a strictly need-to-know basis, and only under appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
● Governmental authorities, to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.
● Legal proceedings: If My Bhoomi Group is required to respond to a subpoena, court order, or any legal process, your PI/SPDI may be disclosed as part of that legal obligation—potentially without prior notice to you.
Retention and Revocation of InformationIt is the policy of My Bhoomi Group to retain certain Personal Data of individuals even after their employment or engagement with the company ends. This data may be required for legal or business purposes, including but not limited to issuing references, processing re-employment applications, handling retirement or final settlement benefits (where applicable), or fulfilling any contractual or statutory obligations of My Bhoomi Group.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary. My Bhoomi Group follows established data management, retention, and destruction policies that ensure personal information is retained and securely disposed of in accordance with the following principles:
